General Tariff Information
The Arajilla Artists Retreat rates are inclusive of: full breakfast, light lunch, selected pre-dinner drinks, three course dinner with menu changing daily, easels, canvas and art papers, plus mountain bikes & on island return airport transfers. Also included - beach towels, beach bags and beach chairs, telephone system, bathrobes, light fishing rods & snorkelling gear, backpacks, CD player, TV, VCR, DVD player & DVD library.
Arajilla Retreat provides accommodation for children from six years of age. However particpants of Arajilla Artists Retreats must be 18 years or older, unless accompanied by an adult.
Payment: 25% deposit due upon booking. Full amount payable at least 30 days prior to arrival so as to secure you place on an Artists Retreat. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cheque and Direct Deposit. Due to Lord Howe's isolation, the local banks and Arajilla Retreat have no facility to accept Travellers' Cheques. We recommend that you bring sufficient Australian Dollars in tandem with an accepted credit card.

Cancellation Charges: Bookings cancelled 50 days to 21 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total cost of the accommodation. Cancellations received less than 21 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee. No refund can be given in the event of a non-arrival or for an unused services. We recommend that you consider travel insurance to protect you in the event of cancellation due to illness or other unforeseen cause. Arajilla Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any loss as a failure to so insure.
Liability: We do not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise of service providers over whom we have no direct control. Nor do we accept any liability for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event, which is beyond our control or which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.
